Framing claims about burnout follow recognized references — the WHO's ICD-11 description — rather than wellness-industry vocabulary. Where evidence is genuinely mixed, as with corporate wellness programs, we say mixed instead of picking the convenient side. And nothing here is medical advice, which every health-adjacent page states in place.
How this site makes money
Wellness-sector affiliate programs and retreat booking platforms, disclosed on the disclosure page as they are configured. The rule that shapes how: booking links are travel commerce presented next to honest category reads, never dressed up as treatment — and content directing someone to clinical help carries no commercial links at all.
